Job Summary

Lead in Compensation Partnership for G&A, Compliance and Project Management for large scale projects. They will support the G&A business via HR attending meetings, championing programs. Provide compensation & job framework strategy, programs guidance, and solutioning. Build out charters & complex cross-functional project plans for the Thrive Rewards (annual compensation cycle), global statutory increases, and fiscal year projects. Compliance audits & interviews (global pay equity, pay transparency, SOC, EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, SOX). The role reports to the Senior Manager, Global Compensation.  

Job Requirements

  • KSA’s (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):  
    • Solid compensation survey and systems experience with all compensation elements (base, variable, and equity). 
    • Comfortable working on the day to day, repetitive tasks and stretching and developing with new projects. 
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, HRIS platforms, data analytics software, salary surveys. 
    • Ability to create automation, integration, and reconfiguration of tools to be user-friendly. 
    • Maintains a working knowledge of federal and state legislation and labor contracts that may affect compensation policies.  
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with high initiative, flexibility, and a strong collaborative, team approach to getting things done. 
    • Detail oriented, resourceful, good listener, data storyteller, analytical, process improvement driver, problem solver. 
  • Key Responsibilities 
    • Compensation Partnership 
      • Support the G&A business via HR attending meetings, championing programs 
      • Compensation & Job Framework strategy, programs guidance, and solutioning 
      • Maintenance of organizational architecture & job framework (job functions, family, levels) 
      • When needed M&A mapping 
    • Project Management  
      • Build out charters & complex cross-functional project plans for the Thrive Rewards (annual compensation cycle), global statutory increases, and fiscal year projects 
      • Conduct ongoing status meetings and debriefs 
    • Compliance 
      • Compliance audits & interviews (SOC, EEO, FLSA, OFCCP, SOX) 
      • Cross-functional process improvement and partnerships 
      • Global pay equity review 
      • Pay transparency 
      • Manage global pay equity (in partnership w/analytics) 

Education

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, data analytics or business curriculum, preferred 

  • Experience: 8 or more years of compensation experience work with medium to large organization(s) and with global public companies, preferred

USA and Canada Residents Only:

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $143,500 - $193,000. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.  In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
