Job Summary
Join our dynamic WW Partner Organization as an OEM Partner Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact while learning about unique pathways to drive profitable growth. In this role, you will support the OEM and Service Provider strategy, ensuring seamless OEM operations and fostering robust relationships with our key OEM partners, including Lenovo, Fujitsu/FTI, and Teradata.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategy Support: Assist in developing and executing the OEM and Service Provider strategy to drive business growth and profitability.
• OEM Operations: Provide operational support to ensure efficient and effective OEM processes and workflows.
• Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners such as Lenovo, Fujitsu/FTI, and Teradata, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategies.
• Growth Pathways: Identify and explore unique pathways to drive profitable growth within the OEM and Service Provider segments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to align strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of OEM and Service Provider initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

This is an entry-level position typically requiring 0-3 years of relevant experience.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 82,450 - 106,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
