Job Summary

Spot by NetApp is looking for a stellar Partner Marketing Manager to take on a critical role in helping Spot continue its rapid growth and expand its leadership in the CloudOps category. This role will have responsibility for working with Spot’s global go-to-market partners to drive awareness, thought leadership, and demand for Spot solutions. You will work closely with and be supported by Spot’s global marketing team, sales and product teams as you work to enable our channel and delivery partners with content, tools, campaigns and programs to drive marketing activities with our partners in support of Spot’s growing CloudOps portfolio of products and solutions.

Spot has strong partnerships with leading cloud platform providers including Amazon, Google and Microsoft together with a growing list of channel and reseller partners that will help us to further accelerate our growth with the efforts of this role.



Job Requirements

Responsibilities (what you will do): 
●    Work closely with sales, marketing and product leadership to identify high-value opportunities for marketing collaboration with alliances partners.
●    Create compelling messaging and positioning that communicate the combined value of Spot and partner solutions. 
●    Work with the Spot demand generation team to drive marketing campaigns with Spot alliance partners.
●    Help to create high-impact content to support go-to-market efforts with partners.
●    Work with marketing and sales to measure, track and improve the effectiveness and results of our alliances marketing initiatives. 
●    Support Spot and partner field teams with timely information and enablement content.
●    Ultimately become the “go to person” for our alliances marketing strategy and initiatives that help us hit our business goals.

Skills & Requirements: 
●    5+ years’ experience in Alliances and Marketing.
●    Experience working at global technology companies, including SaaS / Cloud companies.
●    Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a diverse audience of internal and external stakeholders.
●    A healthy customer obsession, analytical mindset, agility and results-driven orientation.
●    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
●    Positive attitude and can-do mentality


IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
