As a Business Performance Manager, you will work closely with senior and executive leadership to analyze market and performance data for our products and business segments. Your role will involve information analysis and intelligence and providing actionable insights to enhance business performance and drive growth along with critical thinking and communication skills. Your ability to communicate creatively and holistically, while keeping your proposals grounded in solid quantitative and financial analytics, will be essential.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

•     Identify patterns, trends, and areas of improvement through data analysis. 
•     Identify areas of underperformance and develop action plans to address them. 
•     Work closely with departmental managers to implement performance improvement initiatives. 
•     Monitor the progress of initiatives, track results, and make necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes. 
•     Develop strategic recommendations to improve business performance and achieve growth objectives. 
•     Foster strong working relationships with various departments to gather data, insights, and feedback. 
•     Coordinate with IT teams to ensure data integrity, system integration, and effective reporting tools. 
•     Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business performance management. 

Job Requirements

 

•    Provide recommendations by analyzing large datasets sourced from disparate sources.
•    Collaborate with cross functional teams on strategic projects and deliverables. 
•    Analyze operational and financial performance drivers to identify opportunities, customer consumption and usage patterns, and execution roadblocks.
•    Assess market opportunities, including share potential, white space/green space, and segment trends to create direct and partner sales coverage plans.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 
•    Proven experience in business performance management, data analysis, or a similar role.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present complex data effectively. 
•    Proficiency in using performance management tools, data visualization software, and Microsoft Office Suite. 
•    Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a focus on driving measurable results. 
•    Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results. Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage. 

Qualifications

 

•    Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). 
•    Superb analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
•    Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
•    Ability to build consensus, create momentum, and work well cross-functionally with other departments and varying levels of management in a highly matrixed organization.
•    Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
•    A PowerPoint and Excel wizard.

USA and Canada Residents Only:

The base salary hiring wage range for this position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position in the specified geographic areas or locations, is $132,900 - $162,400. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as geographical location, candidate qualifications, certifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.  In addition, the position may include some of the following comprehensive benefits such Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(K), Paid Time off (PTO), sick time, leave of absence as per the FMLA and other relevant leave laws, Company bonus/commission, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s).
