Job Summary

Overview:

As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for providing operational support to the Geo/WW Sales Operations. This role will support the Geo Sales Operations in the day-to-day operational activities. The sales operation function is responsible for developing sales programs, sales process strategy and evaluating and implementing improvements to sales programs and processes. As a part of the function you will provide information to the field sales organization to support client related issues; and internal support to the organization by means of reporting and analysis.
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for communication to field sales and management regarding a wide range of issues related to field operations.
  • Provides information and analysis essential for sales planning and strategy development.
  • Involve in the Quote & Deal Creation process
  • Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc, to groups within the sales and sales operations groups.
  • Assists in monitoring and reporting Sales performance
  • Assists in resolving disputes related and/or completing changes with commission splits.
  •  Processes sales orders and tracks post-entry sales split issues
  • Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc, to groups within the sales and sales operations groups.
  • Providing administrative assistance occasionally for Sales Promotions and Contests, in terms of accurate and timely payments.

Additional, periodic responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Working with the Sales organization to continually identify and gather required enhancements to the existing process & Programs.
  • Working closely with Field Operations to identify and implement process improvements related to internal and cross-functional processes.
  • Engaging in various upcoming projects, related to the Sales Operations & Enablement.

Job Requirements

Skill/Job Requirements:

  • In depth knowledge of sales operations, principles and best practices
  • Independent, self-starter who can work cross functionally and build strong working relationships with internal departments.
  • Hard working and diligent personality with strong attention to detail.
  • Required to meet critical deadlines while maintaining organization and efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical mind and skills to change data into information.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Education

Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a minimum of 3 years of related experience in sales operations.
