Job Requirements
•    Develop and oversee implementation of a strategic territory plan to align partners and account team on territory growth strategy 
•    Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with capable partners and distributors to drive sales revenue 
•    Leverage NetApp and partner resources to create brand awareness and generate demand in assigned territory 
•    Deliver NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects and partners 
•    Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence
•    Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business. 
Your Profile
•    Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment 
•    Strong understanding of partner landscape in a specific territory 
•    Broad exposure to a variety of data storage and cloud technologies/concepts 
•    Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within departments across functions 
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service and negotiation skills 
•    Located within assigned territory and able to cover a large number of customers virtually (call, meetings), via partners, as well as travel to visit local customers and partners
•    3+ years of field technology sales with a focus on new logo acquisition, technology-driven selling, and business development. 

Education

Completed Bachelors or Masters Degree
