Title:  Business Quality Analyst

Job Summary

E2E testing that verifies solution meets business requirements on Oracle CPQ Cloud. Working with matrix teams drawn from people across the world, analyzing requirements, communicating with business and IT teams in building and executing a cohesive test strategy, test scenarios.

Role:

• Review and analyze system specifications
• Reviewing quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Creating detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Work with business teams to review the test cases
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors.
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Update the Regression suite with Production issues

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
• Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills

Education

BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject with atleast 3 years of relevant experience
