Job summary:

 

The Channel Marketing Partner Programs and Platform Manager is responsible for the Campaign build out and platform management of the NetApp Partner Demand Generation Program supporting the World Wide Partner and Pathways team, the NetApp Field Marketing Managers, channel development managers and will be engaging with Partners from across the globe.

 

Critical elements to this role include day-to-day campaign build out and Zift platform management, to enable NetApp’s channel partner community to utilise NetApp marketing campaigns to drive awareness and run demand

Generation.

 

The role requires a strong communicator, who has experience channel marketing and in vendor management.  Someone who take a leadership role in executing the programs, proactively troubleshoot, drive & analyse performance for increased ROI, and work with the World Wide channel teams to optimise the campaigns and platform capabilities.

 

Mission:

  • Campaign Build Out – Including Campaign build management, page development & localizations
  • Vendor liaison – PM Creative  & Zift/AEM working on builds
  • Content Uploads - Zift & AEM
  • Campaign URL creation (per campaign/per language)
  • Campaign execution training/ resources (guides, tools)
  • Campaign Use analysis and Reporting
  • Content lifecycle management

 

  • Zift123 Platform Campaign Management, and ZiftMarcom Platform Mgnt (Reporting / Analytics)Including Contracts, localization Single Sign On integration (Zift / AEM)
  • Vendor-led platform update incl. migration management & NetApp-led platform changes 
  • Concierge Service on-boarding & management of
  • Partner on-boarding / training
  • AEM (Content hub) Partner Demand Center Build out

 

Job Requirements

Job requirements

  • Marketing, finance or sales operations experience in the technology industry
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Experience in Zift123, Elastic Digial or Elastic Grid Platforms would be ideal.  Or other channel partner campaign/solution platforms.
  • Experience using CRM solutions - Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a virtual team
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing

Education

Typically requires no previous professional experience.
