Channel Marketing - Partner Program and Platform Manager

 

Job summary:

 

The Channel Marketing Partner Programs and Platform Manager is responsible for the channel marketing platform management, communication of the NetApp Partner Demand Generation Program, and managing selected partner programs, supporting the worldwide Partner and Pathways team, the Channel Marketing team and Field Marketing Managers. Critical elements to this role include day-to-day Zift platform management, localization of new global campaigns, reporting on ongoing campaigns, managing the EMEA partner communication as well as partner programs. The role requires a strong communicator, who likes working in divers teams and takes a leadership role in executing programs, proactively troubleshoot, drive & analyse performance for increased ROI, and work with the different teams to optimise campaigns and programs.

Mission:

  • Management of Pan-EMEA Partner Marketing Programs (Partner Academy, Partner Portal, Partner Catalogue, etc.).
  • Management of Channel Campaign platform Zift
  • Optimization of both channel campaign execution and Partner Marketing Programs
Job Requirements

Job requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Experience working with people across many countries
  • Marketing Program creation to execution experience
  • Experience in Zift123, Elastic Digital or Elastic Grid Platforms would be a plus
  • Marketing, finance or sales operations experience in the technology industry
  • Channel partner campaign & program management experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a virtual team
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 3 to 5  years of experience
