Title:  DevOps Platform Engineer

Job Summary

We're seeking an exceptional DevOps & AI Platform Engineer to join our team. This role uniquely combines traditional DevOps excellence with cutting-edge AI tooling expertise. You'll engineer, maintain, and continuously improve our development platforms that support both cloud and on-premises deployments while pioneering the integration of AI-powered development workflows and intelligent automation. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building, automating, and optimizing—everything as code.

Job Requirements

•    Build and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes orchestration platforms
•    Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery, ensuring adherence to corporate security standards
•    Engineer Infrastructure as Code solutions using modern tooling and best practices
•    Champion AI-assisted development practices and integrate AI agents into development workflows
•    Maintain and improve development platforms supporting both cloud and on-premises environments
•    Support and collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless operations
•    Automate everything—from deployments to monitoring to infrastructure provisioning
•    Strong experience with Kubernetes/container orchestration (Rancher, OpenShift, EKS, or similar)
•    Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline development (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or comparable)
•    Solid application development background with modern programming languages
•    Deep knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Pulumi, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
•    Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS (Azure or GCP also considered)
•    Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises environments
•    Everything as Code" mindset—configuration, infrastructure, pipelines, and policies
•    Demonstrated experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar tools)
•    Solid understanding of AI agent development, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and context management

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 6 years of related experience.

•    Experience integrating AI gateways and LLM platforms (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or comparable)
•    Rancher (or comparable Kubernetes management platforms)
•    Azure DevOps (or GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
•    Artifactory (or Nexus, Harbor, ECR)
•    VS Code (or JetBrains IDEs, Eclipse)
•    GitHub Copilot (or Cursor, Cody, Tabnine)
•    Previous experience supporting IT infrastructure teams
•    Certifications in AWS, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or relevant technologies
•    Experience with observability tools (LogicMonitor is a plus)
•    Background in platform engineering or developer experience (DevEx) initiatives
•    Contributions to open-source projects or technical community involvement
