We are looking for an experienced Team Lead / Senior Recruiter to support Early in Career (EIC) hiring. You will be sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring a strong pipeline of EIC talent for a variety of teams in India & APAC. You will partner with a team of Recruiters, Talent Outreach Manager, Program Managers, Coordinators and Business Leaders to execute NetApp’s entry-level recruiting strategy while keeping the candidate and hiring manager experience top of mind. You will be joining a small-but-mighty team with a passion and excitement for cultivating new talent.
Job Requirements
• Lead and manage the full cycle recruiting process for EIC talent from traditional and non-traditional channels for our Sales, Marketing, Services & Customer Success organization.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Finance to understand their hiring needs and provide effective recruitment solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance
• Maintain consistent data integrity and reporting
• Some travel may be required to attend various Talent Outreach events at our partner colleges in India.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of recruiting experience in high tech, sales, consulting, or relevant organization.
• ATS experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
• MS Office- including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous University/College recruiting experience preferred
• Demonstrate exceptional planning and project management skills
• Results driven with the ability to drive the recruiting process and provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams
