Job Summary

A NetApp University Education Business Partner, will be responsible for strategizing and implementing training programs to improve NetApp Sales, Pre-Sales, and Partner competencies across India-SAARC, Australia, and New Zealand.

Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate Sales, Pre-Sales, and Partner audience-specific training programs and included portfolio of learning solutions for NetApp University
  • Define, develop, and drive an overall strategy for focused, audience-aligned curricula - based on stakeholder needs, market opportunity & business goals
  • Manage relationship with stakeholder communities and serve as the voice of learning requirements and trusted training advisor
  • Project manage and execute on any assigned training requirements within NetApp University across program lifecycle (needs analysis, training design, content development, delivery, and maintenance)
  • Track and report learning program metrics for stakeholders and NetApp University
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with management stakeholders for regional training action and impact
  • Analyze learning program effectiveness and provide continuous recommendations for program enhancements
  • Evangelize and market education programs and initiatives through training paths, monthly newsletters and other key communication vehicles

  • Experience in assessing training needs, developing a plan to meet those needs, and executing the development and deployment of the training
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and with stakeholders (Sales, Pre-Sales, Channel)
  • Extraordinary commitment to developing and delivering an optimal partner education experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a collaborative manner, and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and written skills
  • Proven innovative approach to problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to operate independently, deal with ambiguity and drive optimal results
  • Ability to express a vision and inspire teams to move forward together
Education
  • 5-8 years of project/program management experience, preferably in an education/training management capacity
  • BA/BS required in relevant field, MBA preferred
  • Experience in data management industry preferred
  • Strong background in education market is desirable
