Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

  • COE Governance
    • Builds Gvernance framework to COE operations and ensures its smooth operation
    • Wrk with various functions in COE and implement simple and effective SLA’s, dashboards and metrics required to create more visibility to management on COE operations. 
    • Wrk with various global stake holders in assessing and keeping engaged to ensure that COE Operations does not get impacted
    • Wrk with Continuous improvement teams to ensure regular feed of programs and creating visibility around execution of these projects
    • Wrk closely with Industry representation bodies and participate in getting operations benchmarked with market. Identify new trends and developments in market.
  • NB Finance Leadership Team
    • Prgram manage the FLT initiatives across COE functions effectively
    • C-ordinate with various teams to identify training needs across the org and assist FLT team to roll out these programs
    • Wrk with HR teams and streamline COE hiring strategy i.e., Intern program, job levels, revalidation of pay scale range in line with Indian market and industry

  • Support development of collateral, tools, techniques, methodologies to enhance transformation programs and broader capability offering within the practice 

Job Requirements

  • Significant professional experience in project and change management. Proven track record as a project manager or change manager on medium scale, complex projects 
  • Demonstrate high integrity and commitment to working in a new, challenging environment
  • Maintaining and managing the project plan for medium and large- scale transformation interventions through suitable tools 
  • Timely and methodical governance of the project, by setting up various metrices in place
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and applications like MS Projects, SharePoint, etc.
  • Application of standard project methodologies re project initiation, current state analysis, future state design, implementation and project transition/ close 
  • Experience with process design, including e.g. conducting workshops, interviews , process documentation 
  • Demonstrates an understanding of, and sensitivity to stakeholders needs 
  • Good judgment, tact and decision- making ability 
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills 
  • Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change 
  • Previous experience in managing several project initiatives simultaneously 
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and the political aspects of change 
  • Strong project management skills and knowledge 
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationship across many different functions and organization levels 
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation communication and stakeholder engagement skills 
  • Experience with set up and management of PMOs 
  • Strong MS Office skills Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio and MS Project 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Cross cultural awareness and sensitivity
  • Organization design, Change management and/ or Mid to Large scale business transformation exposure expected

Education

  • 10- 12 years of overall experience with 8 in PMO/ Project Management in field of Finance operations
  • PMP or other relevant certification is strongly desirable.
