Title:  Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Product Finance team, supporting our Hybrid Cloud Business Unit. This individual will develop financial models and partner with cross-functional teams to support reporting (topline and product margin) and key business decisions (e.g., new product introductions, price changes, product margin improvement).

This role has responsibility for a wide range of financial support and analysis tasks. It includes but is not limited to:

· Support the Product P&L model for the Hybrid Cloud business.

· Assist with developing monthly forecasts for bookings, revenue, and margin for the core business.

· Assist with analysis to support pricing decisions and manage business accountability.

· Assist with management reporting – analyzing financial results, distilling/synthesizing key trends and helping build presentations with key business insights for senior leadership.

· Help drive cross-functional efforts for analytics improvement, data quality, and self-service reporting

· Other ad-hoc projects or activities to provide FP&A support

Job Requirements

· 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field

· Strong financial/analytical skills with proven capabilities in developing complex financial models

· Experience in business partnering and presenting to an executive audience a plus

· Prior experience with hardware companies a plus

· Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and modeling in Excel

· Systems experience including Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, and business analytics a plus

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to function well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with competing priorities

Education

· CA, CMA, CFA, MBA Finance (Reputed University)
