Job Summary

The HRIS Analyst will report to HR Operations Manager – India & APAC.  The selected person for this role will be primarily responsible for providing production support for NetApp’s HCM system (SAP Success Factors).   The successful candidate will possess strong HR process knowledge (Hire to retire), have hands-on experience using Success Factors system. The right candidate will have a natural customer service mindset besides being a strong team player. A professional sense of curiosity and demonstrable judgement for the appropriate level of detail for each research task during scoping or troubleshooting is essential to be succeed in the job

Essential Functions

  • Maintain People central system (Success Factors) using pre-defined SOPs 
  • Perform administrative action on system configuration as identified, ensuring system values are correctly setup and validated
  • Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established
  • Develop/maintain user procedures, guidelines and documentation
  • Partner with others in the team to deliver a brilliant employee experience to end customer 
Job Requirements
  • Experience working with the SAP Success factors suite (including RCM, ONB, EC, Compensation. and WFA modules)
  • Experience with tools such as or equivalent to the ServiceNow CRM, SharePoint
  • Solid understanding of HR business processes within a high-tech Company
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in working with virtual teams spread across geographies
  • Ability to work with all levels within a matrix organization
  • Ability to prioritize multiple critical tasks and meet agreed timelines
  • Self-directed, ability to work with limited information and ambiguity
  • Flexibility to participate in meetings/conference calls beyond India time zone
Education

A Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent is required
5+ years of work experience as HR analyst
