Title:  Information Sys Engineer

Job Summary

As an IAM Engineer you are part of a team that is responsible for design, analysis, evaluation, testing, debugging and implementation of Identity and Access services in support of NetApp’s various functional areas. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and address customer need and develop implementation plans.

The position is based out of NetApp Bangalore, India.

Essential Functions:

• The Identity & Access Management group is part of NetApp’s IT function and is responsible for a wide range of applications technical expertise. This team is accountable for the core Identity and Access Infrastructure at NetApp. As a part of the team, you will help to ensure that team objectives and project deadlines are met. The essential functions (as per this role) of the team include:
• Develop IAM interfacing with corporate driven applications across functional areas such as Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.
• Develop and maintain systems level software and utilities for both existing and new systems.  Develop Java & HTML interfaces to IAM systems.
• Write, maintain and implement systems specifications.
• Problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Ensure client satisfaction and client management.
• Implements new functionality within the Identity Management system based on organizational requirements and needs including integration with new target systems
• Configure access policies to meet the organizational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Hands on experience in Oracle Identity and Access Manager 11G R1/ R2. 
• Experience integrating OIM with target applications including:
  • Microsoft Active Directory/MS Azure AD
  • Microsoft Exchange
  • Oracle e-Business Suite R12
  • SAP and PeopleSoft
  • Directory Servers like OID and OUD
  • Database Application Tables
  • SPML, REST and Web services
  • Other Custom Applications
• Experience with OAM 11G R2/OUD/OVD/OIF 11G 
• Experienced in integrating OAM with different web applications including:
  • Apache web server
  • Microsoft IIS
  • IBM IHS
  • iPlanet web servers.
• Experienced in integrating OIF with different cloud applications.
• Should be able to implement IAM requirements with minimal technical supervision and support.
• OAM 10g, OAM 11g R2 experience with knowledge on html/Java script/Java programming (simple web apps).
• OIM 11g R1/R2 experience with knowledge on Java programming (OIM API’s).
• Must have Java/J2EE programming skills/experience
• Worked on custom connectors to integrate the Target system that do not support OOTB connectors.
• Created custom schedulers, Event Handlers, Adapters and Approval Workflows based on organizational requirements.

Education

• A Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other related field is required, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of IT experience is required; 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management domain is required.
