Title:  Marketing Campaign Tactician

Job Summary

The Campaign Tactician, based in Bangalore, is an integral part of the dynamic Demand Centre Team, and will work on a range of marketing focused projects and tasks. This role will support and execute a consistent and integrated digital demand creation program  


  • Campaign Marketing:
    • Execution of marketing campaigns including a range of demand generation programs starting from campaign activation to eDM creation, Digital, Social, Events, Webinars & ABM etc.
    • Drive continuous improvement through implementation of new and creative ideas. And track and test marketing campaigns to evaluate results, share best practices and provide recommendations for future marketing programs
  • Teamwork/interaction:
    • Work in an agile Demand Centre of Marketing Excellence team, supporting APAC Field, Corporate Marketing, Marketing Managers, Paid Media, AR, PR, Channel & Event Marketing Managers
    • Engage directly with the Marketing Automation, Analytics and Marketing Operations teams
  • General:
    • Raise POs for programs. Track invoices and receipts against budget
    • Create Campaign Code, Lead / List Uploads, activity tracking reports/ dashboards, program kits/ presentation material, digital banners & write copy

  • Interest in research and analytics – looking at measuring the impact of programs and A/B Testing.
  • Basic graphing skills and knowledge of Adobe for simple infographic creation
  • Undergraduate / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / IT (or a similar field)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years prior experience in a digital marketing role is essential
