Job Summary

The Sales Support Manager  will lead the APAC/EMEA Renewal Quoting Team, driving operational excellence and team development. This role is responsible for supervising a team of 12 Renewal Support Specialists, ensuring timely and accurate renewal quoting for APAC/ EMEA customers. The successful candidate will be a hands-on people manager, ready to work early hours to support regional business needs.

Job Responsibilities

· Supervise, coach, and develop a team of 11 Renewal Support Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

· Oversee business support processes, including task assignment, workflow management, and schedule adherence to meet departmental targets.

· Develop and manage routine operational plans, proactively resolving issues to ensure smooth team operations.

· Administer company policies, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with management guidance.

· Monitor and manage costs related to the renewal quoting function, contributing to departmental financial objectives.

· Communicate effectively with supervisors, peer groups, and stakeholders, interpreting and presenting information as needed.

· Lead performance management, compensation planning, and employment decisions for direct reports.

· Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the renewal quoting function.

· The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, drive operational excellence, and foster a collaborative team culture.

Job Qualification

Minimum 3 years of people management experience, with at least 3 years of team lead responsibility in a business support or renewal quoting environment.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

· Proven ability to analyse data, resolve problems, and manage operational plans.

· Demonstrated experience in people management, coaching, and mentoring.

· Process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving operational improvements.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-morning work environment.
