Job Summary
The Sales Support Manager will lead the North America Renewal Quoting Team, driving operational excellence and team development. This role is responsible for supervising a team of 10 Renewal Support Specialists, ensuring timely and accurate renewal quoting for North America customers.
Job Requirements
- · Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Renewal Support Specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- · Oversee business support processes, including task assignment, workflow management, and schedule adherence to meet departmental targets.
- · Develop and manage routine operational plans, proactively resolving issues to ensure smooth team operations.
- · Administer company policies, recommend process improvements, and ensure compliance with management guidance.
- · Monitor and manage costs related to the renewal quoting function, contributing to departmental financial objectives.
- · Communicate effectively with supervisors, peer groups, and stakeholders, interpreting and presenting information as needed.
- · Lead performance management, compensation planning, and employment decisions for direct reports.
- · Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement within the renewal quoting function.
- · The successful candidate will be expected to lead by example, drive operational excellence, and foster a collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- · Minimum 1 years of people management experience, with at least 3+ years of team lead responsibility in a business support or renewal quoting environment.
- · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- · Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- · Proven ability to analyse data, resolve problems, and manage operational plans.
- · Demonstrated experience in people management, coaching, and mentoring.
- · Process-oriented mindset with a track record of driving operational improvements.
- · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, work environment.
