Job Summary

This is a position for a media-savvy professional who is passionate about shaping Awareness and Demand across all paid media channels for EMEA and APAC. This role will be part of the Demand Centre team chartered with designing, executing and optimising marketing campaigns to support the Campaign and Field demand generation initiatives. The role advances thought leadership on paid media strategies and implements best practices to drive NetApps’ EMEA & APAC businesses.

In this , the individual will define the holistic media and growth strategies, ensure successful execution of Paid Media Programs, and look for cost efficiencies from a centralised execution model. This role will work closely with our Corporate Campaign marketing partners and Field Marketing Managers to drive all digital paid media channels. This entails managing and overseeing the execution of all integrated paid media activities, while collaborating cross functionally in marketing, with other business units, managing multiple external agencies and growing in-house capabilities. 



  • Manages Strategy, planning and execution of paid media programs for awareness and demand gen campaigns
  • Design integrated media programs across diverse paid media channels across digital, paid search, paid Social, display, Content syndication, ABM, OOH, custom content/programs.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence /benchmarking and develop strategies to adapt to changing environment
  • Measures and proactively optimizes performance of media programs monitor and manage campaigns to meet and exceed targets for conversions and ROI within predetermined budgets
  • Works closely with Campaign Teams, Demand Centre, field marketing, to plan, develop, and deploy paid media activities to support their needs
  • Create cross-organizational alignment by leading strategic discussions and business reviews. Work with internal teams on creative development (banners, landing pages)
  • Manage paid media budget,( budget planning, tracking actuals, and based on performance analyses and make spend shift / optimization recommendations across all channels).  Develop forecasts and ad-hoc projections for spend, revenue and ROI
  • Manage digital paid media agency and 3rd party vendors to optimize and expand upon existing campaigns; drive agency to be proactive, creative, and efficient.
Job Requirements


  • Experience running media campaigns for B2B marketing.
  • Open availability to be an active participant calls as needed with the US, EMEA and APAC teams.
  • Proven track record leveraging media to shape brands and drive sales 
  • Solid foundation in marketing metrics and reporting on insights to higher level executives
  • Candidate must be high energy, a positive “can-do” person who can thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities 
  • Be self-motivated to infuse strategic thinking for how paid media amplifies earned and owned media opportunities.

Education requirements:

  • B.S. or B.A. in a Marketing or related field
  • Candidate must have at least 5-7 years as a media planner at agency or B2B Paid Media Specialist Client Side.  
  • Experience working across both EMEA and APAC geographies.
  • Must have experience with media planning and executing across display, social and content syndication, CRM retargeting and ABM MarTech tools. 
  • Proven experience supporting campaigns for large enterprise companies, Ideally in the IT Industry.
