Job Summary
· Partner with Services Sales and field sales to generate demand, drive sales velocity
· Build relationships with District Managers (DMs) and Solutions Engineers (SEs)
· Provide pre-sales expertise and help drive opportunities in early stages of the sale cycle
· Help align PS services to solutions that meet customer technical and financial requirements
· Partner with contracts, scoping and technical teams as required for the opportunity
· Position complex and standard services for SAE and Engagement Desk proliferation
· Full Sales lifecycle ownership (end-to-end)
Job Requirements
· Understanding of Storage and Cloud architecture in relation to customer data management and security
· Professional and Managed Services portfolio understanding
· Sales Processes, Sales Ops, Quoting, Forecasting
· Customer Success Management
· Service catalogue
· Customer experience / Relationship management
· Industry Knowledge
· Ability to synthesize Customer business challenges and identify solution pathways leveraging NTAP products and services
· 0-3 years of sales-related experience (or presales)
· Professional Services background is a plus or preferred
· Strong soft skills - comfortable leading group conversations with client teams (Mgr + Director level resources)
· Microsoft PPT, Excel skills strongly preferred
· Strong organizational skills and acute ability to multi-task
· Self-starter, highly motivated and driven
Education
Completed Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree
