Job Summary

As a NetApp Integration Lead you are part of a team of professionals who solution, design, develop, document, test, debug, deploy, and support IT Integration systems company-wide. You may specialize in a specific functional area such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, Data Warehouse in the backdrop of technology, or you may work with internal clients from multiple functions. 

A strong Application and Business Process Integration technical knowledge base, strong ‘hands on’ SOA experience, collaboration and leadership skills are required for this position. You will work closely with application teams within and across functions to understand Integration technical requirements, and delivery. You must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Requirements

- Hands on experience in Oracle SOA Foundations Middleware technologies or TIBCO
- Hands on experience in Oracle SOA, OSB and B2B, Axway Gateway, API Manager
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to dive into the ambiguity and construct clarity and provide unambiguous information and instructions
- Lead a team of likeminded developers and be responsible for deliverables.
- Work closely with Architects, Internal and global teams.
- Excellent knowledge and experience on XML and related technologies like XPath, XQuery, XSLT, Rosetta Protocols etc.
- Good understanding and exposure to ‘SOA governance’ or ‘SOA Reference Architecture’. 
- Good Knowledge of Java languages, and development tools like IDEs, Continuous Integration Tools, XML related parsers, Open Source productivity tools, etc
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a customer facing environment. 
- Good functional understanding of one or more functional business areas, and exposure of interacting with Business System Analysts. Eg: Order Management, Vendor Management, Health Insurance, etc.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Applications development methodology and life cycle. Exposure to any Agile Development methodology is desirable. 
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Visio, Excel, Word, Power Point, or other similar tools.
- Good understanding of: Relational database concepts, Internet technologies, Unix/Linux Operating system functions, Application Security Concepts.
- Ability to innovate existing processes, and suggest improvements 
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Education & Experience

- A minimum of 10 years of experience is required. 10 to 12 years of experience is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree required; Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field is preferred. 
- Should be HANDS ON with SOA/TIBCO with at least one vendor implementation stack. 
- Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, complex Integration technical assignments and attained results in earlier assignments
