Title:  Quality Assurance Engineer (Python Automation)

Job Summary

As a member of Solutions Integration Engineering you work cross-functionally to define and create engineered solutions /products which would accelerate the field adoption. We work closely with ISV’s and with the startup ecosystem in the Virtualization, Cloud, AI/ML and Gen AI domains to build solutions that matter for the customers and you will work closely with product lead on the company's current and future strategies related to said domains.
 

Job Requirements

•    Understanding of Software development lifecycle
•    Knowledge of Data storage, virtualization, knowledge on hypervisors such as VMware ESX, Linux KVM & AI concepts
•    Hands on experience with Python, shell/PowerShell scripting, should have worked in any of the frameworks PyTest, Nose Test, Robot framework etc and API, UI, DB testing
•    Exposure to Docker, Elastic Search, Kibana is preferred
•    Develop, modify, and execute software test plan(s), automate test case(s).
•    Execute/automate tests for scale, systemic testing and provide quality analysis.
•    Develop and maintain Test Automation for Regression Testing.
•    Investigate and resolve issues working with development, for test, and production environments.
•    Practical experience in hands-on testing, automation, Integration, System, Scale and Regression testing of Feature(s).
•    Ability to work collaboratively within a team of engineers. 
•    Passionate for learning the latest testing technologies, tools, and frameworks.
•    Demonstrated creative and systematic approach to problem solving.
•    Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other engineers to meet aggressive goals and high-quality standards.

Education

•    B.E/B. Tech or M.S in Computer Science or related technical field. 
•    5+ years  of experience in Test Planning, Design and Automation of Software Product/Features.
