Title:  SAP CRM & ABAP Support and development

Job Summary

Designs, develops, modifies, debugs and evaluates programs for functional areas, including but not limited to finance, human resources, manufacturing and marketing. Supports production systems maintaining SLA's and customer satisfaction. Analyzes existing programs or formulates logic for new systems, devises logic procedures, prepares flowcharting, performs coding and tests/debugs programs. Develops conversion and system implementation plans. Prepares and obtains approval of system and programming documentation. Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards. Trains users in conversion and implementation of system. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years experience in SAP technologies / languages (ABAP, HANA) along with demonstrated experience with the functionality of the SAP CRM product and the processes it supports
• Proven experience in supporting business critical production systems. Focus on meetings SLA's and providing high customer satisfaction resolution
• Experience with SAP PO (Process Orchestrator) is a plusExperience integrating SAP CRM to common enterprise platforms like Identity Management, Business Intelligence and Analytics
• Experience in ABAP HANA, CDS view, good experience in code push down approach is highly desirable. HANA data modeling is a plus
• Experience with UI layer technologies like Angular and integration of custom UIs to back end SAP is highly desirable but not require
• Working knowledge of enterprise application system development methodology and life cycle
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Project; or other similar tools
• In-depth understanding of:relational database conceptsinternet technologiesUnix/Linux operating system functions
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of other programmer/analysts cross functional peers to support deadlines
• Ability to use NetApp IT Program Management Office system development guidelines and methodology
• The tasks this individual is responsible are often unstructured and the issues addressed are less defined requiring new perspectives and creative approaches
• This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope requiring in-depth evaluation
• Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions
• The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert
