Job Summary

Part of the Americas Deals and Pricing Desk, the Pricing Analyst drives pricing-related projects and push initiatives within the regions.

Acting as a close business partner, you will be responsible to manage pricing and approvals to enable a healthy and wealthy business in Americas. You will be in charge of Field pricing enablement and approvals.

Job Requirements

Support deal structuring and risk identification

  • Validate PVR  request
  • Work proactively with account teams to successfully structure competitive deals
  • Identify non-standard deal issues routed to x-functional owners, by way of automated process triggers and provide guidance


Handling price escalations

  • Perform deal analysis on pricing escalations
  • Provides pricing recommendations based on pre-defined policies and approval thresholds (PVR process)


Providing pricing guidance

  • Enforce consistency and standardization in structuring deals across Americas
  • Provide guidance on street price and discount thresholds on deals for existing and new products
  • Provide feedback for adjusting discount thresholds based on competitive intelligence


  • Work closely with the Sales Representatives, Sales Management and Americas Teams
  • Communicate with your peers to develop and share best practices.
