Job Summary

As a Sales Analyst, you will be responsible for providing data oriented and highly analytical sales reporting support to the Geo/WW Sales Operations/sales management. This role will support the Geo Sales Operations in the day-to-day reporting activities leveraging analytical background helping sales drive their business. Sales reporting function is responsible for developing reports, data analysis & validation, end to end data management and support to the organization by means of reporting and analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

•    Manage and support analytical reporting for sales executives and top management
•    Data driven and ability to apply analytical mindset and approach to problem solving
•    Provide analytical insights to sales management to make informed business strategic decisions
•    Communicate with management team regularly and meeting their requirements by closely understanding and developing business domain knowledge
•    Review past sales data to determine trends in productivity and future strategies
•    Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources and help build healthy sales pipeline
•    Present actionable information and insights to sales management and executives with analytical reports and dashboards that are insightful
•    Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively and help identify gaps to overcome data problems
•    Collaborate with team members and members of other departments and act as a team player to get the best results

Additional, periodic responsibilities may include, but not be limited to, the following:
•    Working with the Sales organization to continually identify and gather required enhancements to the existing process, programs, and reports
•    Working closely with Field Operations & sales management team to support continuous improvement and enhancement of existing reports and dashboards in enterprise systems, tableau, and manual reports.
•     Engaging in various upcoming projects, related to sales operations reporting functions.

Job Requirements

•    In depth knowledge of sales operations, sales process, sales lifecycle, principles and best practices
•    Independent, self-starter who can work cross functionally and build strong working relationships with internal departments.
•    Hard working and diligent personality with strong attention to detail.
•    Go above and beyond attitude, taking initiative and be a problem-solver
•    Required to meet critical deadlines while maintaining organization and efficiency.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Good analytical mind and skills to change data into information.
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
•    Experience in CRM, Business Intelligence tools, forecasting and creating reports/dashboards


•    A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales/business operations and high-end analytical reporting
•    Industry relevant experience with solid knowledge base in data storage/cloud data domain
