Job Summary

In this role, you drive analysis of demand generation and sales execution performance as part of the Cloud Marketing Operations team. The role would  involve reporting, analyzing, and sharing outcomes on business results through the marketing and sales funnel and using data to inform decisions on campaign optimization and marketing tactics . 

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the analytics team to gather data and provide insights to accelerate the customer journey
  • Develop marketing automation and CRM reports measuring revenue engine performance
  • Create weekly marketing performance reports for use by sales and marketing
  • Develop and maintain campaign-specific marketing performance dashboards
  • Accountable for weekly inspection and reporting of leads to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reporting packages for program teams
  • Deliver program specific KPI and ROI reporting to sales and marketing teams
  • Engage with the demand and program teams to enable them with data to demonstrate progress towards goals
Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will bring experience in reporting, analyzing, and sharing outcomes on business results through the marketing and sales funnel.
  • An ability to gather data from systems, present the analysis to marketing and sales teams, and using data to inform decisions on campaign optimization and marketing tactics
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing performance reporting
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes, and how they contribute to the overall B2B lead management process
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Education

Bachelor's degree in marketing, or related quantitative/analytical experience
