Job Summary

Primary Function

You are part of the WW Channel Programs Management organization, chartered with implementing standard systems, processes, and reporting in support of NetApp’s WW Channel Programs, our channel partner community, and our field sales organization.

We are seeking a very customer (internal and external) friendly individual to work closely together with the WW Channel Programs Management team. You must have a proven track record of effectively dealing with field sales personnel and cross functional team members in a fast-paced environment. You will work hand in hand with the WW Channel Programs team members, and other NetApp constituents in support of NetApp channel sales and our partner programs. Your strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to follow-up, and multi-tasking ability will be major keys to your success. You have a proven track record and feel very comfortable working with a team that manages data in systems, tools, and applications used to support WW channel sales efforts across all our pathways and programs.

Essential Functions
You work across business units and functions for program management and processing responsibilities. You are responsible for executing responsibilities in a timely fashion, ensuring quality outcomes and performance, and continuously working with the WW Channel Programs team. You must be able to manage deliverable schedules, while ensuring that key responsibilities are met, and that dependencies and implications are well understood. Attention to detail is a must for success.

Job Requirements
  • Advanced Excel – mandatory (pivots, advanced financial formulas, VBA will be a plus)
  • Advanced SQL and Database understanding – mandatory
  • Experience with BI and visualization tools like Tableau - mandatory
  • Power point – mandatory (develop content, visualization and presentation)
  • Provides information and analysis essential for planning and strategy development
  • Communicates key process information, deadlines, task definition, etc.
  • Assists in monitoring and reporting Business performance
  • Reviews and reconciles payments/accruals and forecasting process
  • Manage analytical projects to deliver intelligence and data discovery capabilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as strong documentation, data management and analytical skills
  • Must have the ability to develop, own and drive processes
  • Complete complex analysis; successfully partner with other professionals and have strong project management skills
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • The types of tasks you are responsible for are primarily focused on supporting and converting data into information
  • Recommend and support on-going business decisions and processes
  • You interact primarily within the department at all levels and may interact with other functions as required
  • You will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert, on team projects, with an ability to successfully demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others
  • A Graduate degree required; MBA preferred
  • Strong and demonstrated experience in data management, reporting and analytics
