Job Summary
The APAC Sales Ops Program Manager is a business savvy individual with expertise in sales process and management. Liaison with sales teams to manage the sales process efficiently. Deliver reports and analysis to sales teams for enabling NetApp’s highest growth Public Cloud Services business. This person will be an expert in both managing the sales process and deliver reports in SFDC or spreadhseets. Knowledge of public cloud-based transactions on the top 3 cloud provider marketplaces (AWS, Azure and GCP) will be plus.
This role will coordinate with Sales management, IT and operations, and other NetApp functions including product management, marketing, and finance to effectively manage the sales process and tools. This person has extensive experience in dealing with cross-functional business requirements and engaging with key stakeholders at both the executive/VP level and with delivery teams.
Job Requirements
Participate in Sales process management discussion and understand business needs
Previous experience in working with sales teams for sales operations
Good Understanding of how sales process within CRM (SFDC), forecasting, planning and incentives / compensation work
Maintain pipeline hygiene in SFDC and ensure accuracy across the system
Design and develop reports in spreadsheets or Tableau or similar tools
Build and present compelling presentations that derive discussions with sales teams / management
Education
4+ years of experience working in Sales Operations role for Pipeline Management, Sales Forecasting and Planning using SalesForce.com (SFDC)
Experience in developing executive level presentations and data visualizations is a must
Collaborative personality; comfortable working across many functions and teams, and engaging with senior executives
A creative go-getter who is full of ideas and can execute on those ideas in a fast-paced, demanding environment with excellent interpersonal and social skills
A bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science and a master’s degree in business management, economics is required
