Job Requirements
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of ONTAP software releases with speed, quality and predictability across bi-annual feature releases or, monthly/bi-monthly patch releases and critical hotfix releases.
• Align global teams across Engineering, Product Management, Support and Operations
• Ensure software reliability and stability through rigorous quality controls and comprehensive testing procedures
• Leverage data-driven insights to influence priorities and guide confident decision-making
• Connect the dots across functions, surface risks early and drive mitigations to preserve momentum under pressure
• Deliver crisp, executive-level updates that inform, align and inspire action
• Scale program execution by introducing tools, metrics and streamlined workflows
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.
Technical Skills:
• Deep understanding of software development, new product introduction (NPI) lifecycles and release operations
• Storage, SaaS or cloud platforms Background is preferred
• Track record of influencing cross-functional, global teams without direct authority
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence and data visualization platforms (Power BI/Tableau)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and organizational skills
Education & Experience:
• A minimum of 8 years of experience is required in technical program management or engineering leadership
• B.E/B. Tech or M.S in Computer Science or related technical field.
