NetApp Core Software and Data Management organization is actively seeking a Senior Engineer passionate about the Storage domain, automation tools development, GenAI technologies, Unit tests, and Functional test automation, and be part of the team that drives GenAI adoption across the organization. The focus of this role is to own the direction and execution for ONTAP test automation development, CI/CD, regression test suites, and customer success with the power of GenAI technologies. Job Requirements

•    As a Senior Software Engineer you will provide technical leadership for the team they are associated with and participate in key technical decisions.They will engage with feature teams on their test automation needs, GenAI tools development, and ONTAP quality improvement. 
•    The candidate should be self-driven, with a strong quality and test automation background.
•    Excellent coding skills in Python
•    Experience in qualifying system-level products in on-prem, hybrid-cloud, storage or database systems.
•    Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Dev, QE, and Automation) and internal partners;  experience working with geographically remote teams.
•    Experience with Agile/SCRUM
•    Experience with NetApp storage or cloud-native storage platforms
•    Ability to work on a diverse team or with a diverse range of people.
•    The candidate should have experience working on enterprise products in a high-growth, fast-paced system software engineering company.

Education

•    12-18 years of relevant experience.
•    A Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or Masters degree is required.
