Title:  Software Engineer

Job Summary

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work as part of Engineering Tools & Services team.ETS team helps NetApp global engineering teams in building, maintaining, and supporting internal tools and automation to deploy and maintain visibility to support NetApp’s internal hybrid tools (on-prem and cloud).The ideal candidate will be a developer, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules with focus and experience on workflow automation and internal tooling. Communication and collaboration are some of your strengths.

Job Requirements

• Configuration Management (CMDB)
• Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
• Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
• Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
• ServiceNow reporting module
• Knowledge in developing ServiceNow Catalogue/Portals and developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, MYSQL
• Exposure to Python preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
• Innovation within your development and open to changes

Education

• 2 - 5 years of work experience
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or related technical field; or equivalent experience in Information Systems, IT automation tooling.
