Job Summary
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will work as part of Engineering Tools & Services team.ETS team helps NetApp global engineering teams in building, maintaining, and supporting internal tools and automation to deploy and maintain visibility to support NetApp’s internal hybrid tools (on-prem and cloud).The ideal candidate will be a developer, with hands-on experience in ServiceNow modules with focus and experience on workflow automation and internal tooling. Communication and collaboration are some of your strengths.
Job Requirements
- Configuration Management (CMDB)
- Configure out-of-the-box workflows and create/maintain custom workflows
- Configure application related fields, forms, views, email notifications, acceptance roles and access controls
- Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
- ServiceNow reporting module
- Knowledge in developing ServiceNow Catalogue/Portals and developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, MYSQL
- Exposure to Python preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong aptitude for learning new technologies
- Innovation within your development and open to changes
Education
- 2 - 5 years of work experience
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science or related technical field; or equivalent experience in Information Systems, IT automation tooling.
