Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Data & Analytics professional with strong expertise in Python and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data extraction, transformation, analysis, visualization, and reporting, delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Job Requirements

- Develop, maintain, and optimize data pipelines using Python
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis on structured and unstructured datasets
- Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Collaborate with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Implement ETL processes and ensure data quality and integrity
- Automate repetitive tasks and workflows using scripting (Python)
- Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy etc)
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, dashboard design)
- Good understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with data transformation and ETL processes
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- Typically 2–5 years of experience in data analytics or programming roles
