Title:  Software Engineer

Job Summary

The NetApp Keystone team is responsible for cutting-edge technologies that enable NetApp’s pay as you go offering. Keystone helps customers manage data on prem or in the cloud and have invoices that are charged in a subscription manner. As DevSecOps engineer in the NetApp’s Keystone organization, you will be executing our most challenging and complex projects. You will be responsible for decomposing complex product requirements into simple solutions, understanding system interdependencies and limitations and engineering best practices. 

Job Requirements

• Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure, work experience on AWS Infrastructure 
• Strong working experience at GitHub Actions, ELK stack (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana), Trino, ArgoCD, Istio 
• Strong working experience at Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible
• CKA certification is must (non-negotiable)
• Python and Shell Scripting is must
• Strong working experience in Secure Development Lifecycle with working knowledge in Rapid7, netsparker, blackduck, Coverity, gitleaks
• Strong working experience at Threat Modelling techniques
• Exposure to Vsphere, Vcenter, Grafana, Prometheus
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
• Planning the team structure, activities, and involvement in project management activities.
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support environments
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
• Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management 
• Selecting and deploying appropriate CI/CD tools
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
• Working with engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
• Should have high energy and positive attitude, great verbal and written communication and be passionate about new technology and well informed

Education

Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience required with B.Tech or M.Tech background.
