As the Director, Software Engineering for NetApp Keystone, you’ll lead the charge in developing and launching industry-leading storage and data management solutions. You’ll be instrumental in driving Lean-Agile transformation initiatives that fuel both product innovation and customer success in the rapidly evolving hybrid cloud landscape.

Job Requirements

Minimum of 12 years of progressive engineering leadership experience (Manager & Executive level).
Proven success leading complex software and hardware initiatives, preferably in cloud, storage, or data management domains.
Expertise in Lean-Agile methodologies and transformative program management.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for mentoring high-performing teams.
Experience with hybrid cloud, SaaS, or subscription-based solutions is a plus!

Responsibilities

Define ambitious engineering program goals, guiding teams from concept to execution to deliver cutting-edge as-a-service solutions for hybrid cloud environments.
Inspire and manage a high-powered team, delivering breakthrough products that transform how customers access, manage, and protect their data.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure our Monitoring & Management solutions solve real customer challenges and deliver intuitive, impactful experiences.
Build and manage robust schedules, drive engineering programs with business partners, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Assess development risks early and communicate changes proactively to stakeholders, ensuring program success.
Lead strategic, transformational projects that drive efficiency, scalability, and seamless integration across NetApp Keystone offerings.
Coach teams to embrace new methodologies, fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.

Education

Minimum of 12 years of progressive engineering leadership experience (Manager & Executive level).
