Job Requirements

What You'll Do

• As a Staff Product Manager, you'll own the product vision and strategy for our data protection portfolio:
• Define and execute product roadmaps that align with customer needs and market opportunities in data protection and business continuity
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
• Engage directly with customers and partners to understand pain points, validate solutions, and drive product adoption
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify strategic opportunities 
• Champion customer-centric innovation by translating complex requirements into actionable product features
• Drive business results through data-driven decision making, measuring product performance and customer satisfaction
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of ownership, belonging, and high performance
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders at all levels, from technical teams to executive leadership

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in technology, business, or related field.
• Product management, technical, or customer-facing experience in enterprise software or infrastructure.
• Understanding of data management, cloud technologies, or storage concepts.
• Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
