Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Global Client Executive to join our team, focusing on building and expanding our strategic relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a global strategy, driving design wins, and fostering strong relationships with your customer. 


Key Responsibilities:
1. Global Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive global strategy that aligns with our organization's objectives. This includes identifying market opportunities, defining value propositions, and establishing clear business objectives.

2. Design Wins: Drive design wins by engaging with key stakeholders. Collaborate with product teams, engineering, and marketing to position our solutions effectively and secure design wins.

3. Hunter Mentality: Possess a proactive and tenacious "hunter" mentality to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Actively seek out potential clients, build relationships, and drive revenue growth through effective account management and sales strategies.

5. Expansion and Growth: Focus on expanding our footprint by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling our products and services. Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive growth and market penetration.

6. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including executives, decision-makers, and technical teams. Influence and drive positive outcomes.

Job Requirements

  • At least 8 years of related field sales experience 
  • Proven experience in a strategic sales or business development role, preferably with a focus on the retail industry vertical. 
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, data storage and/or cloud services, and emerging technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing global strategies, driving design wins, and expanding business within large enterprise accounts.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
     

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field or equivalent additional stated experience
