Brand Campaign Manager

The Brand Strategy team at NetApp is looking for a Brand Campaign Manager to manage the relationship, collaboration, and workflow between the business and its creative agencies. As a member of the team responsible for brand perception, you will work with internal teams and agency partners to translate business objectives into campaigns that build brand equity and deliver measurable results. 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage the plan, timelie, deliverables, and dependencies between internal and agency teams 
•    Collaborate with leadership and contribute to the development of business and brand strategies
•    Lead cross-functional teams in the development of briefs for the agency
•    Partner with media team to develop plan and define campaign tactics
•    Collaborate with digital and social teams to develop channel strategies
•    Work with content producers to integrate content into campaigns
•    Design and field research studies to evaluate the impact of campaigns on brand perception
 

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
•    BA or BS in Marketing or related field
•    Strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with highly developed business acumen
•    Collaborative relationship-builder with exceptional project management and communication skills
•    10+ years of experience in brand marketing, working closely with or within a creative agency 
•    Proven ability to manage and optimize integrated, omni-channel marketing campaigns
•    Understanding of and ability to apply MADtech in customer experience-based campaigns
 
Knowledge and Skills: 

•    Excellent oral and written skills 
•    Excellent interpersonal skills 
•    Loves using data to make smart editorial decisions
•    Strong project and program management skills 
•    Ability to build, manage and influence distributed teams 
•    Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
•    A natural problem solver who's open to experimentation and comfortable
     with a "fail fast" mentality
•    Ability to interface effectively with and influence all levels of management and functional disciplines 
•    Expert knowledge of writing, editing, proof-reading, and style guides
•    Basic understanding of the IT industry, offering categories and NetApp offerings/strategy 
 

Education
Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
