Job Summary

NetApp is seeking a dedicated Enablement Manager to join our Converged Infrastructure team within the Product Management organization. This role is crucial for sustaining field engagement and enablement activities for converged infrastructure solutions, ensuring seamless coordination between NetApp and solution alliance partners. The Enablement Manager will manage training materials, certifications, events, and social media, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. This position supports go-to-market activities and maintains alignment between NetApp and alliance partners. The Enablement Manager will contribute to internal, partner, and customer facing collateral such as presentations, blogs, and briefs. 

Job Requirements

  • Event and Trade Show Coordination:
    • Plan and execute events and trade shows, ensuring high-quality engagement and representation.
    • Manage logistics, content, and on-site coordination for various events. 
  • Webinars and Training: 
    • Organize and manage webinars for internal teams, partners, distributors, and alliances. 
    • Contribute to the development of presentation content for sales, technical, and partner audiences.
  • Content Management:
    • Maintain and update educational materials and certification tests to ensure they remain current. 
    • Manage demo station content and ensure it aligns with the latest product updates. 
    • Oversee content management across various platforms, including Field Portal, Partner Hub, and alliance partner content platforms.
  • External Content and Social Media: 
    • Manage and update external content such as blogs, web presence, and social media channels. 
    • Ensure consistent and engaging communication across all external platforms.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: 
    • Work closely with product managers, marketing teams, and alliance counterparts to align on pricing, education, enablement, and marketing activities. 
    • Serve as a primary liaison between NetApp and solution alliance partners for enablement-related initiatives.
  • Performance Monitoring: 
    • Monitor the effectiveness of enablement activities and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement. 
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and prioritize initiatives. 

Education & Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
  • Experience: 
    • 8+ years of experience in enablement, product management, or a related field, with a strong preference for candidates with knowledge of Cisco UCS, converged infrastructure, and HCI.
    • Proven track record in managing complex enablement programs and events. 
  • Skills:
    • Excellent organizational and project management skills. 
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. 
    • Proficiency in content management and social media platforms. 
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 
    •    Familiarity with NetApp AFF and ASA storage systems, Cisco UCS X-Series and C-Series compute platforms, and Cisco Nexus switching/fabric interconnects. 
    •    Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, and Red Hat OpenShift. 
    •    Knowledge of AI/ML infrastructure. MLOps workflows, and NVIDIA Enterprise AI capabilities. 
    •    Understanding of Cisco Validated Designs (CVDs), NetApp Verified Architectures (NVAs), NetApp Technical Reports (TRs), and NetApp Solution Briefs. 

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 154,700 - 231,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
