Job Summary

Job Summary
This is a position for an analytics-savvy professional passionate about understanding the performance of and helping us improve our paid media channels globally as well as creating a clear picture of onsite performance as it relates to this traffic. 
The individual is part of a tight-knit headquarter media team chartered with driving paid media transformation, while being data driven – this is where you come in!  This position will work with the team of paid media strategists and in-house execution team and help them to be data driven in their optimizations as well as provide insights on media performance.
The senior digital media analyst will be working across many platforms to produce clarity on how digital media is helping to influence sales as well as close them directly. Our ideal candidate will be able to bridge the gap between data and media and help create a holistic understand of the business impact our programs.  
Analytics Responsibilities: 
•    Experience analyzing data both within platforms (Google Ads, Trade Desk, LinkedIn, etc) as well as a web analytics platform (Adobe Analytics experience preferred)
•    Continue to drive development around our Google Data Studio dashboard which allows us to provide transparent results as they relate to programs in market
•    Maintains and is proactive around data collection requirements by recommending new data be collected and further developing the strategy around how the data is fed back into digital programs for action to be taken. 
•    Solid foundation in marketing metrics in a business to business environment and understanding of high tech or product/services with a longer sales cycle where a customer journey is critical to success
•    Proven track record of creating insights and driving action against those insights by working in a highly collaborative team
•    Ability to write in SQL at an intermediate level and familiarity with relational database principles.

•    Must have effective communication (verbal, written, presentation), time and project management skills
•    Attention to detail and good organization skills a must
•    Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint 
•    Expert web analytics knowledge within Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics

Job Requirements

<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Required Relevant Digital Analytics Experience:

  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">At least 5+ years of experience in a digital <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">analytics environment.
  • <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Must have experience with media analysis across programmatic display, remarketing, paid search, social media, etc
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Pr<span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">oven skills making recommendations around user experience, modifications of media targeting, implementation of data collection pixels and audience segment efficacy tracking
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to draw insights from large quantities of data and ultimately draw recommendations for the media team.
  • <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Prior experience working with SQL databases to extract data for the purpose of analysis
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent experience.
