What do we do ?

We are responsible for understanding highly complex requirements for NetApp customers and lead in creating multi-modal NetApp services solution that articulates methodology, technical scope and pricing, and driving deal closure. 

Possess strong understanding of consumption-based models and ability to articulate and position value prop and commercial model.

This senior customer facing position requires an in-depth knowledge of professional services, skills articulating the value proposition of NetApp professional services solutions, and the ability to develop detailed solutions that includes scope of work, level of effort, financial, technical, and legal components.

We work with account teams, building relationships with IT executives and senior management, key decision makers, and technology influencers. 

What is a day as Services Account Executive like ?
What do you bring to the table ?

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with  6-10 years demonstrated services sales and account management experience. 

Ability to liaise with customers at all levels with demonstrated experience selling to the executive level customer preferably in the high-tech industry.

Excellent time management skills.

Ability to take account ownership.

Good analytical capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent presentation skills.

Strong achievement against quota.

Specialist in advanced sales, technical, business skills.

Develops and cultivates lasting customer relations
