Job Summary
Drive sales for NetApp’s Products and Professional Services to existing NetApp customers as well as maintaining positive continued relationships to meet evolving customer needs.
Job Requirements
- This role involves prospecting, developing business, responding to RFPs, and creating proposals to present to customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Manage a designated geographical install base and medium to large accounts. This may include individual account responsibility or working as part of a team.
- Demonstrate an aptitude for understanding how our technology products and solutions address and solve business problems.
- Convey information clearly and provide detailed analysis to assist customers in making informed buying decisions.
- Work closely with senior internal personnel within the sales function and collaborate with employees in other functions that support the sales effort. Maintain direct contact with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Experience
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related sales experience.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills.
- Collaborative skills and ability to work with employees within department and across functions.
