Job Summary

Business Operations Coordinator: This is a rare opportunity to meaningfully contribute to the operations and overall growth to NetApp’s fastest-growing team, the Worldwide Cloud Sales and Customer Success Team.  The Business Operations Coordinator will be responsible for handling the behind-the-scenes organization that contributes to the overall success of our sales and customer success teams.  The role will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.  You will partner closely with several Senior Directors within the team to ensure business operations within the team run smoothly.  This role will be ideal for someone with a who enjoys creating a framework for organizing tasks, event agendas, budgets and status reports while enjoying the dynamic nature of a fast-moving team.   

Job Requirements

Proactively manage, assess, and predict the day-to-day operational needs of leadership to ensure they are prepared and organized for internal and external meetings and events 
Manage calendar scheduling for complex meetings, assist with team event planning and travel coordination, expense reporting, and a wide variety of priorities at the Senior Director leadership level 
Coordinates across our sales operations teams and PMO teams and processes are effectively implemented and status updates are tracked and updated in a meaningful way 
Project manage a variety of initiatives through self-motivation, clear communication and complete follow through 
Assist the Team leadership and Chief of Staff with ad hoc projects as needed 

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience supporting projects and team leaders 
A “can do” positive attitude and willing to do what it takes to make leadership successful 
Strong bias to action and ability to work both quickly and to a high quality in a fast-paced environment 
Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines 
Highly organized in project coordination - you are exceptionally organized and excel at managing multiple projects through successful completion 
Strong analytical skills, ability to manage financial budgets and tracking costs 
You are a team player and collaborate well with Executive Assistants, Program Managers, Operations Manager, Team Leadership and other colleagues at all levels with strong integrity and discretion 
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, MS Teams, and PowerPoint. Salesforce a plus.
