Job Summary
NetApp’s Solutions Engineering and Solution Architect organization across EMEA and LATAM is a diverse, international team of more than 200 people across 20+ countries. The organization supports customers and partners across three key solution areas: AI, cyber resilience, and migration and modernization.
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CTO and VP of Sales Engineering for EMEA and LATAM, as well as a small number of leaders within the leadership team.
This is a highly visible role that goes beyond traditional administrative support. You will manage complex calendars, international travel, meetings and day-to-day operations, while developing a strong understanding of the organization’s priorities. You will be trusted to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment and help ensure that leaders can focus their time on what matters most.
If you enjoy working in an international environment, building strong relationships and bringing structure to a fast-moving organization, we would love to hear from you.
- Partner with senior leaders. Develop a strong understanding of business priorities and ways of working so you can anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment and make decisions independently when appropriate.
- Build strong relationships. Develop trusted connections across functions, regions and levels of seniority to help work move forward effectively and collaboratively.
- Manage complex calendars. Own calendars spanning multiple time zones across EMEA and LATAM, balancing customer and partner engagements, leadership meetings, one-to-ones and strategic priorities.
- Coordinate international travel. Manage complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, visas and entry requirements, while responding quickly when plans change.
- Manage key meetings and forums. Coordinate leadership meetings, business reviews, customer and partner meetings, ensuring the right participants, materials, agendas and logistics are in place.
- Own administrative processes. Manage expenses through Concur, purchasing requests through Ariba, and relevant Workday and HR administration, including interview scheduling and new-joiner coordination.
- Coordinate events and offsites. Support team offsites, kick-offs, customer events and partner sessions, including venues, logistics, attendees and budget tracking.
- Support effective communication. Help prioritize incoming requests, draft routine correspondence and serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, partners and colleagues.
You will build a strong understanding of the organization and its priorities, enabling you to anticipate what leaders need and help them use their time effectively. Calendars, travel and key meetings are well managed, changing priorities are handled confidently, and commitments and follow-ups remain on track.
You will also become a trusted partner across the organization, known for sound judgment, reliability, discretion and your ability to connect the right people at the right time.
