As a WW Project Manager within the Go-to-Market Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in planning, executing, and overseeing strategic initiatives that enhance our GTM operations. This includes managing project timelines, identifying risks, and clearly communicating goals to stakeholders across functions.
Your projects will span geographies and time zones, requiring strong coordination and progress tracking to meet deadlines. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, IT, Finance, and Enablement—to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of GTM Revenue Operations projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards —including post-project evaluations and documentation of lessons learned to inform future initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders; develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, milestones, and resource needs.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams—including Sales, IT, Finance, and Enablement—to drive progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance using key metrics; analyze data and provide regular status updates, highlighting achievements, risks, and recommended actions.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize GTM operations for greater efficiency, scalability, and impact.
- Serve as the central point of contact for project-related inquiries, offering guidance and solutions to ensure successful outcomes.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement by promoting best practices and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of project plans, processes, and policies.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders; communicate program updates, risks, and recommendations clearly and proactively.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or a related field.
- ~8 years of experience in project management, preferably within sales operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously across cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
- Comfortable presenting to executive audiences, with demonstrated experience communicating project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant project management certification.
- Experience working with AI-powered tools or platforms that support project management workflows (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent scheduling, automated reporting).
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Familiarity with sales systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Aviso, Tableau, MEDDICC frameworks).
- Experience supporting change management initiatives or working closely with change management teams.
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 78,200 - 101,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
