Job Summary

Join NetApp IT and play a crucial role in ensuring the performance, compliance, security, and seamless integration of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. You will work with a user community of 18,000 globally, leveraging the full potential of Microsoft 365 for communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, collaborative work approach, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality collaboration and productivity solutions.

Job Requirements


  • Managing scaled environments on the Microsoft 365 platform
  • Experience with 8k+ user environments across multiple regions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange (Hybrid Mode), SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams (backend and client configuration/management)
  • Knowledge of Windows and Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Power Platforms backend configuration and management experience
  • Familiarity with hybrid Active Directory environments
  • General 365 tenant configuration, management, and backup/recovery patterns
  • Understanding of Azure systems management and administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance features and their management
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and infrastructure automation languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, Node)
  • Experience in Microsoft 365 security, hardening, and related best practices
  • Understanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management services
  • Familiarity with Defender for Office, Azure Automation, AWS Lambda, and serverless cloud architecture design
  • Knowledge of secure development practices and SQL reporting/query writing
  • Understanding of Azure B2B and Azure B2C
  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical
  • Proactive communication and follow-up abilities
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work independently
  • Self-motivated and forward-thinking personality
