Job Summary
At a time when NetApp’s customers and industry are undergoing the most significant transformation in a generation — driven by AI‑enabled business models, technology stacks, and business processes — NetApp Latin America is seeking a results‑oriented Inside Sales Representative.
In this role, you will sell NetApp solutions via telephone and digital channels to customers across an assigned territory, with a strong focus on acquiring new customers while expanding and protecting the existing installed base.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a defined set of accounts within a specific territory across Latin America
- Engage customers and partners via phone and digital channels to drive preference for NetApp solutions and capture sales opportunities
- Understand customer business requirements and clearly articulate NetApp’s value proposition
- Position NetApp solutions effectively, considering the competitive landscape
- Collaborate closely with distributors and partners to support solution quoting and deal execution
- Manage opportunities independently while teaming effectively with partners and internal stakeholders to close deals
- Execute outbound prospecting and account expansion activities using tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and other prospecting platforms
- Identify and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts as well as net new customer opportunities, including cold calling
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of contacts, activities, and opportunities in CRM systems, with regular reviews of pipeline health across land and expand motions
- Contribute to forecasting activities and submit regular pipeline and forecast updates
- Identify partner capability gaps and coordinate with Channel teams to address development needs
- Partner with Channel and Marketing organizations to support territory planning, campaigns, and pipeline generation initiatives
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or a related commercial function
- Ability to understand and communicate technical solutions in the context of customer business value
- Experience using prospecting and sales tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, CRM systems)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exposure to working with technology solutions in a distributed or partner driven sales environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrated problem solving skills and a proactive, results driven mindset
