Position Overview

As a Sales Intern you'll gain hands-on experience supporting customer success and learning the fundamentals of modern sales. This internship is ideal for students passionate about building relationships, solving problems, and exploring how technology drives business transformation.  You’ll work with one of our dynamic specialist and hybrid  teams—such as Partner, Strategic, or Commercial Sales, Renewals, Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, or other areas—contributing to initiatives that strengthen our sales approach and help grow customer relationships. This role offers exposure to innovative sales practices, customer engagement strategies, and data-driven decision-making, all while being mentored by experienced professionals. 

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills to work effectively with prospects, customers, and cross-functional teams to meet performance goals.
• Quickly learn and adopt new sales technologies, CRM systems, and digital tools to support customer engagement activities.
• Support the execution of core sales and business development activities while following established sales methodologies and processes.
• Drive AI-driven solutions to enhance customer experience and optimize workflows. 

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI tools and technologies.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative approach to problem-solving.
• You must have the unrestricted right to work in Ireland throughout the duration of the internship.
• Available to come into the office three times per week as a part of NetApp’s hybrid work culture.
