Job Summary

Manages a group of security guards who ensure the protection of an organization's property and staff.

Job Requirements

  • Developing and enforcing security procedures and regulations; identifying and recommending surveillance and related security equipment, fixtures, facilities and systems.
  • Acting as a liaison to all departments on security measures, procedures, and needs.
  • Interfacing with external security guard agency for staffing of security positions.
  • Facilitating on-the-job training for specifics of security guard monitoring and protection responsibilities.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
