Education

NetApp Storage Expertise

• 8+ years of experience with NetApp storage administration and deployment (CDOT and 7-Mode).
• Strong experience with performance troubleshooting, firmware/OS upgrades, cluster switches, SAN fabric switches, and NetApp management tools including OnCommand Unified Manager, Performance Manager, and ActiveIQ.
• Deep understanding of CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, Fibre Channel, snapshots, controller failover, provisioning, deduplication, cloning, SnapMirror, IntelliSnap, replication, security hardening, and performance tuning.
• Experience with NetApp cloud and hybrid solutions such as Cloud Volumes ONTAP, StorageGrid, E-Series, Cloud Backup, data classification, and Amazon FSx for ONTAP.
• Experience with storage backup, disaster recovery testing, and NetApp cluster deployments.

Preferred Technologies

• Knowledge of Trident, Trident Protect, OpenShift, OpenStack, LogicMonitor, WAN, SAN, and DR technologies.
• Experience with Windows Server, Linux administration, VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, FlexPod, Commvault, and related infrastructure technologies.
• Ability to support cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, servers, and S3-compatible object storage.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Relevant NetApp or cloud certifications are an advantage.
